§ 33-39-126 — Certified real estate appraiser education account created; initial monies; fees

(a)There is created a certified real estate appraiser
education account which shall be under the direction of the
board.
(b)Every person obtaining or renewing a certified
appraiser trainee or certified real estate appraiser's permit
shall pay an additional fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) which
shall be deposited in the certified appraiser education account.
(c)All civil penalties levied under this act shall be
collected, paid to the state treasurer and credited as provided
in W.S. 8-1-109.
(d)When the certified appraiser education account balance
exceeds fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) the board shall not
collect annual fees under this section.
(e)The board may use the funds in the education account
for the purposes of raising the standards of practice and the
competency of permitt
