§ 33-39-118 — Basis for denial
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 39 REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS·Art. 1 CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE APPRAISER ACT
The board may deny a permit as a certified real estate appraiser
or certified appraiser trainee to an applicant on any of the
grounds enumerated in this act.
