Text
To obtain a renewal permit to practice as a certified real
estate appraiser or certified appraiser trainee, the holder of a
current permit shall make application and pay the prescribed fee
to the board. With the application for renewal, the certified
real estate appraiser or certified appraiser trainee shall
present evidence in the form prescribed by the board of having
completed the continuing education requirements for renewal as
specified in this act.
