§ 41-15-300 — Notice of penalties.

South Carolina·Title 41 LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT·Ch. 15 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
If, after an inspection or investigation, the Director issues a citation, he shall within a reasonable time after the termination of such inspection or investigation notify the employer by certified mail of the penalty, if any, assessed under Section 41-15-320.
