Text
To the extent permitted by federal law, the department of education and workforce shall include college-preparatory boarding schools established under this chapter in its annual allocation of federal moneys under Title I of the "Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965," 20 U.S.C. 6301, et seq. The department may apply for any other federal moneys that may be used to support the operations of college-preparatory boarding schools established under this chapter.
