Text
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in Chapter 4117. of the Revised Code, the provisions of sections3328.19and3328.191of the Revised Code prevail over any conflicting provisions of a collective bargaining agreement or contract for employment entered into on or after the effective date of this section.
