Text

(A)Each college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall have a designated fiscal officer. The department of education and workforce may require by rule that the fiscal officer of any college-preparatory boarding school, before entering upon duties as fiscal officer, execute a bond in an amount and with surety to be approved by the school's board of trustees, payable to the state, conditioned for the faithful performance of all the official duties required of the fiscal officer. Any such bond shall be deposited with the school's board of trustees, and a copy of the bond shall be certified by the board and filed with the county auditor.
(B)Before assuming the duties of fiscal officer, the fiscal officer designated under this section shall be licensed as a treasure
