Text

The board of trustees of each college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall require that the reports of any investigation by the board or by the school's operator of an employee who works in the school, regarding whether the employee has committed an act or offense for which the chief administrator of the school or the president or chairperson of the board is required to make a report to the superintendent of public instruction under section3328.19of the Revised Code, be kept in the employee's personnel file. If, after an investigation under division (A) of section3319.311of the Revised Code, the superintendent of public instruction determines that the results of that investigation do not warrant initiating action under section3319.31of the Revised Cod
