Text
The city, exempted village, or local school district in which a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter is located is a participating school district under this chapter. Any other city, exempted village, or local school district may agree to be a participating school district. The department of education and workforce shall adopt procedures for districts to agree to be participating school districts.
