As used in this chapter:

(A)"Board of trustees" means the board of trustees established for a college-preparatory boarding school in accordance with section3328.15of the Revised Code.
(B)"Child with a disability," "IEP," and "school district of residence" have the same meanings as in section3323.01of the Revised Code.
(C)"Eligible student" means a student who is entitled to attend school in a participating school district; is at risk of academic failure; is from a family whose income is below two hundred per cent of the federal poverty guidelines, as defined in section5101.46of the Revised Code; meets any additional criteria prescribed by agreement between the department of education and workforce and the operator of the college-preparatory boarding school in which the student seeks
