(A)Each college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall be governed by a board of trustees consisting of up to twenty-five members. Five of those members shall be appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the senate. The governor's appointments may be based on nonbinding recommendations made by the director of education and workforce. Of the remaining members, initial members shall be appointed by the school's operator and future members shall be appointed pursuant to the bylaws adopted under section3328.13of the Revised Code. The governor, operator, or any other person or entity who appoints a member of the board of trustees under this section or the bylaws adopted under section3328.13of the Revised Code may remove that member from the board at an
