Text

Each college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall report to the department of education and workforce, in the form and manner prescribed by the department, the following information:

(A)The total number of students enrolled in the school;
(B)The number of students enrolled in the school who are receiving special education and related services pursuant to an IEP;
(C)The city, exempted village, or local school district in which each student reported under division (A) of this section is entitled to attend school;
(D)Any additional information the department determines necessary to make payments to the school under this chapter. Last updated September 12, 2023 at 1:40 PM
