Text
(A)The department of education and workforce shall issue an annual report card for each college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter that includes all information applicable to school buildings under section3302.03of the Revised Code.
(B)For each student enrolled in the school, the department shall combine data regarding the academic performance of that student with comparable data from the school district in which the student is entitled to attend school for the purpose of calculating the performance of the district as a whole on the report card issued for the district under section3302.03of the Revised Code.
(C)Each college-preparatory boarding school and its operator shall comply with sections3302.04and3302.041of the Revised Code, except that any action requir
