Text

(A)The board of trustees of a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall grant a diploma to any student enrolled in the school to whom all of the following apply:
(1)The student has successfully completed the school's high school curriculum or the IEP developed for the student by the school pursuant to section3323.08of the Revised Code or has qualified under division (D) or (F) of section3313.603of the Revised Code, provided that the school shall not require a student to remain in school for any specific number of semesters or other terms if the student completes the required curriculum early.
(2)Subject to section3313.614of the Revised Code, the student has met the assessment requirements of division (A)(2)(a) or (b) of this section, as applic
