Text

The educational program of a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall include at least all of the following:

(A)A remedial curriculum for students in grades lower than grade nine;
(B)A college-preparatory curriculum for high school students that, at a minimum, shall comply with sections3313.603and3313.6027of the Revised Code as that section applies to school districts;
(C)Extracurricular activities, including athletic and cultural activities;
(D)College admission counseling;
(E)Health and mental health services;
(F)Tutoring services;
(G)Community services opportunities;
