§ 2602. Rebates on life insurance; witnesses' immunity.
(a)No person\nshall knowingly receive any rebate or allowance or deduction from any\npremium, or any valuable thing, special favor or advantage whatever not\nspecified in the policy, as an inducement to take any policy of life\ninsurance.\n (b) In any criminal proceeding before any court or grand jury for a\nviolation of this section, the court or grand jury may confer immunity\nin accordance with the provisions of section 50.20 or 190.40 of the\ncriminal procedure law.\n
