§ 2605. Penalty for violating workers' compensation law. The\nsuperintendent may impose a penalty not to exceed twenty-five hundred\ndollars upon any insurer required to be licensed under the provisions of\nthis chapter, if, after notice to and a hearing of such insurer, he\nfinds it has unreasonably failed to comply with the workers'\ncompensation law.\n
