§ 105. Radioactive byproducts special fund.

1.There is hereby\ncontinued in the custody of the state comptroller a special fund, known\nas the "radioactive byproducts special fund."\n 2. All moneys received by the council from making charges or\nadministering, controlling, or disposing of radioactive byproducts or\nfrom otherwise operating, developing and managing facilities after\nassumption of jurisdiction thereof by the council pursuant to\nsubdivision six of section one hundred four of this article, and all\nmoneys received by the council in connection with such assumption of\njurisdiction, shall be deposited directly in the radioactive byproducts\nspecial fund.\n 3.
