§ 102. Atomic energy council.

1.There shall be within the department,\nthe atomic energy council (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the\n"council"), which shall consist of the commissioner and such other\nrepresentatives of state departments, agencies and instrumentalities\nimportantly concerned with atomic energy and such other persons as the\ngovernor may from time to time designate who shall serve at the pleasure\nof the governor.\n 2. Each member of the council may, by official order filed with the\ncouncil, designate a deputy, who, in the case of a member who is an\nofficial of the state, any instrumentality, agency or subdivision\nthereof, shall be an officer of his department, commission or public\nbenefit corporation, to perform his duties under this article.
