§ 101. Assistance of other departments, agencies and political\nsubdivisions. The commissioner may request from any department,\ndivision, office, commission or other agency of the state or any\npolitical subdivision thereof, and the same are authorized to provide,\nsuch assistance, services and data as may be required by the department\nin carrying out the purposes of this article, and such funding,\nincluding but not limited to charge backs for allocated costs, as the\ndirector of the budget may approve.\n
