§ 104. Assistance of other departments, agencies and political\nsubdivisions; review of regulations.
1.All agencies and\ninstrumentalities of the state, all political subdivisions thereof and\nall agencies of such subdivisions shall keep the council fully and\ncurrently informed as to their activities relating to atomic energy or\nionizing radiation.\n 2. The council may request from any such agency, instrumentality or\nany such political subdivision or any agency of such subdivision, and\nthe same are authorized to provide, such assistance, services and data\nas may be required by the council in carrying out its functions, powers\nand duties.\n 3.
