§ 100-a. Comprehensive economic development reporting. The department\nshall prepare an annual comprehensive economic development report, no\nlater than December thirty-first of each year, listing economic\ndevelopment assistance provided by the New York state urban development\ncorporation and the department, including but not limited to tax\nexpenditures, marketing and advertising, grants, awards and loans. Such\ncomprehensive report shall include aggregate totals for each economic\ndevelopment program administered by the New York state urban development\ncorporation and the department, including but not limited to program\nprogress, program participation rates, economic impact, regional\ndistribution, industry trends, and any other information deemed\nnecessary by the commissioner.
