§ 251-Z-6 — Review
§ 251-z-6. Review. The action of the commissioner in refusing to grant\nor reissue a license, or in suspending or revoking a license, shall be\nsubject to review in the manner provided by article seventy-eight of the\ncivil practice law and rules. The decision of the commissioner shall be\nfinal unless within thirty days from the date of service thereof on the\napplicant or licensee, a proceeding is instituted to review such action.\n
