§ 251-z-10. Penalties. No operator of a food processing establishment\nshall fail to conform to any requirement of or violate any provision of\nthis article or of the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.\nEach day's operation of a food processing establishment without a\nlicense shall constitute a separate violation of this article,\npunishable by the penalties described in article three of this chapter,\nin addition to the remedies provided in this article.\n
