§ 251-Z-11 — Remedies

§ 251-z-11. Remedies. The commissioner may institute such action at\nlaw or in equity as may be necessary to enforce compliance with any\nprovision of this article or of any rule or regulation applicable\nthereto or promulgated thereunder. In addition to any other remedy\nprescribed in article three of this chapter, or otherwise, he may apply\nfor relief by injunction without alleging or proving that an adequate\nremedy at law does not exist. Such application may be made to the\nsupreme court in any district or county, as provided by the civil\npractice law and rules, or to the supreme court in the third judicial\ndistrict.\n
