Text

Each member of the board, before entering upon the duties of his office, shall subscribe to an official oath of office as provided by R.S. 41:1-3, which oath shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State. The board shall be entitled to the services of the Attorney General in connection with the affairs of the board, and shall have the power to compel the attendance of witnesses and to require the production of evidence, such as books, papers and documents. Any member of the board may administer oaths, and the board may take testimony and proofs concerning any matters within its jurisdiction. L.1962, c. 109, s. 6.
