The following shall be considered as minimum evidence satisfactory to the board that an applicant is qualified for a certificate of registration as a planner-in-training.

(a)The applicant for certificate of registration as planner-in-training shall:

(1)Be of good moral character;

(2)Be a citizen of the United States or have declared his intention to become a citizen of the United States;

(3)Pass the required examinations.

(b)The applicant for certificate of registration as planner-in-training shall present the following minimum qualifications:

(1)Graduation in an approved course in planning of 4 years or more from a school or college approved by the board, and a passing grade, as determined by the board, upon a qualifying written examination in the fundamental professional planning s

The following shall be considered as minimum evidence satisfactory to the board that an applicant is qualified for a certificate of registration as a planner-in-training. (a) The applicant for certificate of registration as planner-in-training shall: (1) Be of good moral character; (2) Be a citizen of the United States or have declared his intention to become a citizen of the United States; (3) Pass the required examinations. (b) The applicant for certificate of registration as planner-in-training shall present the following minimum qualifications: (1) Graduation in an approved course in planning of 4 years or more from a school or college approved by the board, and a passing grade, as determined by the board, upon a qualifying written examination in the fundamental professional planning subjects; or (2) A specific record of 4 years or more of active practice in planning work of a character satisfactory to the board, and a passing grade, as determined by the board, upon a qualifying written examination in the fundamental professional planning subjects. Any person having the necessary qualifications prescribed in this act to entitle him to a certificate of registration as a planner-in-training shall be eligible for such license even though he may not be practicing his profession at the time of making application.
