New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
No proceeding for violation of any provision of this act, or of rules or regulations of the board, shall be instituted as to any act committed or omission occurring prior to July 1, 1963. L.1962, c. 109, s. 21.
