§ 45:14A-8 — Applications for licenses and training certificates; forms; fees
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
Applications for licenses as professional planners shall be on forms prescribed and furnished by the board, shall contain statements under oath, showing the applicant's education and detailed statement of his planning experience, and shall contain not less than 5 references, of whom 3 or more shall be licensed professional planners having personal knowledge of the applicant's planning experience. For the first year after the effective date of this act, full members of the American Institute of Planners may be used as references in lieu of licensed professional planners. The application fee for professional planners shall be $50.00, and shall accompany the application.
