7.The provisions of P.L.2006, c.53 (C.34:19-9 et seq.) are severable. If any provision of P.L.2006, c.53 (C.34:19-9 et seq.) or its application is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. L.2025, c.138, s.7.
