§ 34:19-15 — Notice of employee rights.
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
6.An employer subject to P.L.2006, c.53 (C.34:19-9 et seq.) shall post a notice of employee rights under P.L.2006, c.53 (C.34:19-9 et seq.) in a conspicuous place reserved for employment-related notices and in a place commonly frequented by employees. L.2025, c.138, s.6.
