§ 24:2-8 — Fee
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
The commissioner shall establish a fee for the issuance of such certificate which shall not exceed the combined cost of the individual licenses which would otherwise be required for the operation of each of the businesses. L.1978, c. 161, s. 2.
