Text
No person shall obstruct or interfere with the State department or the local board, or any officer or employee thereof, in the performance of any duty imposed by this subtitle. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section shall be liable to a penalty of not more than: a. $200.00 for each first offense.
b.$600.00 for each second and subsequent offense. Amended by L.1966, c. 74, s. 3; L.1983, c. 275, s. 2, eff. July 18, 1983.
