13.Records of registrants. Persons registered to manufacture, distribute, or dispense controlled dangerous substances under P.L.1970, c.226 (C.24:21-1 et seq.), as amended and supplemented, shall keep records and maintain inventories in conformance with the recordkeeping and inventory requirements of federal law and with such additional rules as may be issued by the director. L.1970, c.226, s.13; amended 2007, c.244, s.12.
