Text
The State department shall execute and enforce the provisions of this subtitle and make and publish all necessary rules and regulations providing for enforcement and carrying into effect of any provision of this subtitle and for the government of its officers and employees. The State department is hereby authorized to adopt, insofar as applicable, the regulations from time to time promulgated under the Federal Act. Amended by L.1939, c. 320, p. 771, s. 4, eff. Jan. 1, 1940; L.1966, c. 74, s. 2, eff. June 14, 1966.
