§ 18A:71C-52 — Definitions relative to the Nursing Faculty Loan Redemption Program.

3.As used in this act: "Approved graduate degree program" means a master's degree in nursing (MSN), a doctor of nursing science degree (DNS), a doctor of nursing practice degree (DPN), a doctor of philosophy degree (PhD) in nursing or another relevant field of study. "Authority" means the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority established pursuant to N.J.S.18A:71A-3. "Eligible student loan expenses" means the cumulative total of the annual student loans covering the cost of attendance at an approved graduate degree program. Interest paid or due on student loans that an applicant has taken out for use in paying the costs of such education shall be considered eligible for reimbursement under the program. "Participant" means a person who has completed an approved graduate degree progr
