18A:71C-18. Exchange of Information with Other State Departments and Agencies. The authority may use the following procedures to locate borrowers who have failed to make scheduled payments to the authority on any note held by the authority: a. the authority may furnish the name and Social Security number of a delinquent or defaulted borrower to the Division of Pensions and Benefits, the Division of Taxation, the Division of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Human Services, the Casino Control Commission, and any State professional or licensing board or body. Except as prohibited by federal or State law, these departments, divisions, boards, and bodies shall return to the authority the address of any borrower or the address of the employer of any borrower that appears in its most recent reco
