§ 18A:71C-11 — Regulations.

18A:71C-11. Regulations. The Department of the Treasury and the authority shall jointly promulgate regulations concerning the procedures and methods to be employed for the implementation of the provisions of this act concerning deductions for overdue student loan payments from wages. The regulations shall be consistent with all federal requirements or limitations regarding any information utilized in any collection, and shall in addition provide for due notice to the employee of an opportunity for a hearing upon request prior to any collection.
