§ 18A:71C-2 — Application; grounds for approval.

18A:71C-2. Application; Grounds for Approval. Any application for a federal loan under this article shall be submitted to the authority for its approval, and the authority shall approve the application only if it finds that the applicant is an eligible borrower under the "Higher Education Act of 1965," Pub.L.89-329 (20 U.S.C.s.1001 et seq.), and implementing rules and regulations, and has complied with all rules adopted by the authority pursuant to this article in connection with the granting of the loans.
