18A:71C-17. Lien Not Treated as Wage Execution. The lien against an employee's wages undertaken pursuant to N.J.S.18A:71C-10, N.J.S.18A:71C-12, N.J.S.18A:71C-14 and N.J.S.18A:71C-16 shall not be considered an execution against wages pursuant to N.J.S.2A:17-52, and shall not prevent the simultaneous satisfaction of an execution from the amount of wages remaining after the satisfaction of this debt.
