18A:71C-21. College Loans to Assist State Students Loan Program. There is hereby established within the authority a New Jersey College Loans to Assist State Students (NJCLASS) Loan Program. Under the NJCLASS Loan Program, the authority shall make loans available in such amounts as necessary to ensure that student loans remain generally available to, or for the benefit of, eligible students who are not eligible for, or have additional financial need beyond, a federally insured student loan and who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in N.J.S.18A:71C-27. L.1999,c.46,s.1.
