§ 18A:71C-34 — Eligibility for participation in program.
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
18A:71C-34. To be eligible to participate in the program, an applicant shall: a. be a resident of the State; b. be a primary care practitioner; and c. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.2009, c.145.) d. agree to practice primary care, as appropriate, at an approved site under the terms and conditions provided in N.J.S.18A:71C-36 and the agreement issued thereunder.
