18A:71C-30. Act Not to Affect Higher Education Student Assistance Fund. Nothing in this article shall be construed to limit the power of the authority to establish and maintain the Higher Education Student Assistance Fund or to alter the terms and conditions of loans made to students under that fund. L.1999,c.46,s.1.
