Text

An insurer other than an insurer authorized to transact the business of insurance under subtitle 3 of Title 17 of the Revised Statutes or subtitle 3 of Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes shall annually, on or before the first day of March, file with the commissioner a report covering the preceding calendar year verified by at least two principal officers. The report shall be on forms prescribed by the commissioner and shall include: a. A financial statement of the insurer's legal insurance business on December 31 of the year last preceding, including:

(1)Its balance sheet, and (2) Its receipts and disbursements for the preceding year; b. Any material changes in the information submitted pursuant to section 5 of this act; c. Such information about the number of persons insured and termin
