Text
The investable funds generated through the transaction of the business of legal insurance by a person who obtains a certificate of authority under this act shall be invested in securities or other investments permitted by the laws of this State for the investment of assets of life insurers or in such other securities or investments as the commissioner shall permit. L.1981, c. 160, s. 11.
