§ 17:46C-17 — Suspension or revocation
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The commissioner may suspend or revoke any certificate of authority issued to a person transacting the business of legal insurance under this act, after notice and hearing, for violation of any provision of the act. L.1981, c. 160, s. 17.
