§ 17:46C-20 — Retaliatory tax provisions; application
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The provisions of P.L.1950, c. 231 (C. 17:32-15) relating to retaliatory tax provisions shall apply to insurers under this act. L.1981, c. 160, s. 20.
