§ 17:46C-22 — Unauthorized insurers; submission to jurisdiction of state
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Subject to the provisions of this act, P.L.1952, c. 330 (C. 17:51-1 to 17:51-5), relating to unauthorized insurers, shall apply to persons transacting the business of legal insurance. L.1981, c. 160, s. 22.
