§ 17:46C-16 — Report of violations of Code of Professional Responsibility
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
The commissioner shall report to the New Jersey Supreme Court any information which he considers to be indicative of possible violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility of the American Bar Association as amended by the New Jersey Supreme Court. L.1981, c. 160, s. 16.
