§ 17:46C-18 — Liquidation or dissolution
New Jersey·Title 17 CORPORATIONS AND INSTITUTIONS FOR FINANCE AND INSURANCE
Any liquidation or dissolution of a person transacting the business of legal insurance shall be accomplished in accordance with the provisions of P.L.1975, c. 113 (C. 17:30C-1 et seq.). L.1981, c. 160, s. 18.
